All services are performed by trained professionals in accordance with industry best practices.
2. Estimates, Pricing & Payment
All estimates and proposals are provided based on the information available at the time of consultation. Pricing is subject to change if additional scope, deliverables, or revisions arise beyond the original agreement. Payment terms are outlined in the executed service agreement between SOUL Marketing Group LLC and the client. Accepted payment methods include card, ACH, or invoice. Past-due invoices may incur late fees.
3. Scheduling, Appointments & Cancellations
When you request a consultation or schedule a meeting, you authorize us to contact you via phone, email, or SMS regarding scheduling, updates, or service-related communication. Appointments may need to be rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts or availability changes. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
4. Deliverables & Revisions
Deliverables are provided as outlined in the executed service agreement. Revision requests beyond the agreed-upon scope may incur additional charges. Final deliverables require client approval before launch or publication. SOUL Marketing Group LLC retains the right to showcase completed work in portfolios and case studies unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Website Use
You agree not to use our website for unlawful activities, spam, data scraping, or attempts to disrupt site functionality. We make reasonable efforts to maintain an accurate website but do not guarantee error-free content.
6. Messaging
By providing your mobile number to SOUL Marketing Group LLC — whether through a web form, phone call, scheduling request, consultation, or text — you expressly consent to receive service updates, appointment reminders, project-related notifications, quotes and invoices, follow-up messages, operational or account-related communications, and occasional promotional messages (only if separately opted-in).
Your Consent: You acknowledge and agree that message frequency varies based on your interaction with our business, message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier, consent is not a condition of purchase or service, and you may opt out at any time.
Opt-Out Instructions: You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP to end all messaging. UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, or QUIT are also accepted by carriers. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message stating that no further messages will be sent.

This SMS program complies with TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act), CTIA Messaging Principles, and 10DLC Registration & Carrier Guidelines.
7. Third-Party Tools & Integrations
We may use scheduling, invoicing, CRM, or messaging systems such as Go HighLevel, Google Ads, Stripe, email and SMS providers, and analytics platforms. These partners may process information on our behalf but do not have permission to use your data independently.
8. Limitation of Liability
SOUL Marketing Group LLC is not liable for damages caused by misuse of delivered materials or strategies, results or performance metrics not guaranteed by agreement, losses caused by delays outside our control, or issues arising from client-provided content, access, or credentials. Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
9. Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify SOUL Marketing Group LLC, its employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or losses related to misuse of our services, website, or communication systems.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the effective date. Continued use of our website or services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
